I am writing this review because my experience with Dr. Grace Kang has been extremely frustrating. She does not call her patients and is never available by phone. All communication is routed through a nurse, which makes it impossible to get direct answers. I also felt dismissed and was treated as if I had no right to ask questions about the medications she prescribed. "Dr. Kang is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She has helped me maintain control of my thyroid and continues to guide me toward better health. She is attentive, caring, and always takes the time to truly listen to my concerns. I feel heard and supported at every visit, and she answers all of my questions with patience and understanding. It is clear that she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. I am very grateful to have her as my doctor."
I first went to Dr. Kang 8 years ago when I was a newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic not taking care of myself. I cried to her and explained my situation and she was so kind and gentle. My A1C went from 13 to 7 in a few months. I’m eternally grateful to Dr. Kang.
I have been seeing Dr. Kang for a few years now, I feel like she's raised me. She has taken such good care of me and my thyroid condition. She is incredibly patient, humble and deeply knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patient's wellbeing. She's the best! I've sent my husband and sister-in-law to her and they love her as well.
