This is my worst experience with a dentist ever. Dr Hsu and her staff will try to sell you anything and everything whether you need it or not. They told me I needed a guard and braces both which I confirmed I did not need with other dentists. She will nickel and dime you with fees for legitimately missed appointments. She will come in for 5 seconds just to glance in you mouth so she can bill your insurance. Stay away. She is fake sweet and will dupe you.
Dr. Hsu is INCREDIBLY detail oriented, caring, and (pardon the pun) patient. She gives each and every patient the time they need to answer any questions thoroughly and, oh yeah, is a passionate and dedicated dentist. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a fresh take on an industry that has seemed to become very "churn and burn."
A dental spa! I have not seen anything like this anywhere on Long Island. Very unique. I like how they always have great promotions and give great professional advice.
