My friend had 2 caregivers per day for 6 days before the director came to assess if she was getting sufficient help for her needs. She decided she wasn’t and needed more care than Grace could give her due to limited staff. They gave my friend no advance notice to allow her enough time to find another agency. My friend had paid for a month in advance by check to Grace Home Health of Topeka. She only received 6 days of service. She was told she would receive a refund for the overpayment.
