Called to schedule an apt and she raised her voice at me. She also proceeded to hang up on my friend when she was inquiring about test results. Really needs to learn customer service. Also if you are closed for vacation set a voicemail dont get angry when you choose to answer.
Grace had been nothing but great service when I get there, we talk a few times on the phone on what I needed to get done and she understands the assignment. Efficient and knowledgeable I did a medical clearance here and all was well.
Virtual appointment was helpful but I was required to pay $200 upfront, and it has taken months of pestering phone calls and I still have not received the $175 refund due to insurance covering. Please operate your business in a professional manner and issue refunds promptly, this is not an unreasonable expectation.
Abby is a lifesaver. Went in a few months ago to renew my commercial truck license. Turns out my blood pressure was way too high. She quickly got me on the right meds renewed my license and got my blood pressure where it needs to be. A few weeks later cut my hand open and was on the way to the clinic when I remembered Abby. She was able to take me in right away and if you don't have insurance this is a lot less costly option then going to the hospital, Urgent Care Clinic, ECT.
