Unprofessional leasing company. Moved out towards the end of May and still have not heard anything about my security deposit. Whenever I try to talk to their staff Leo about it he does not respond. Save your time and money and rent elsewhere.
I was interested in this property in Upland. The self guided tour has a price restriction. I asked to see the property with one of the agents and they refused. No open houses scheduled or anything. Unprofessional.
Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!! Still waiting for my 1,293 refund after promised it would be sent. I rented a place in Los Angeles among arrival the house was FILTHY! I have never seen anything so bad in my life. Poop on walls, pee in all the beds, the cigarette smell and marijuana smell was so bad I thought someone was squatting in the house. I highly recommend Grace & Glory Real Estate Group for anyone seeking a reliable, communicative, and tech-savvy property management company.
Tried to schedule a tour and they apparently don’t have anyone to tour anymore. Next they only have open houses from 4-4:30 which is a tiny window for working individuals. Finally they only offer self tours which you have to pay for and don’t get the benefit of asking questions or having things explained. Over this sounds like a wishy washy firm that doesn’t know how to answer questions and posed too many red flags even before renting. Beware, this can only be described as a Reddit landlord from hell.
