I dont understand this property management company. They obviously cater to foreign investors and the service is terrible. We confirmed a showing with the property manager and he never showed up. Then we called their “help center” and they couldnt reach him the never followed up with us. We finally got a hold of Dennis and he said we could view the unit with a code. Unprofessional leasing company. Moved out towards the end of May and still have not heard anything about my security deposit. Whenever I try to talk to their staff Leo about it he does not respond. Save your time and money and rent elsewhere.

I was interested in this property in Upland. The self guided tour has a price restriction. I asked to see the property with one of the agents and they refused. No open houses scheduled or anything. Unprofessional.

Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!! Still waiting for my 1,293 refund after promised it would be sent. I rented a place in Los Angeles among arrival the house was FILTHY! I have never seen anything so bad in my life. Poop on walls, pee in all the beds, the cigarette smell and marijuana smell was so bad I thought someone was squatting in the house. We had to find somewhere else to stay at 9pm on a Friday night with children. The owner had no care or sympathy AT ALL. They don’t reply nor care. Please whatever you do DO... read more
