I’m honestly still confused by this experience. I’ve been to this salon multiple times, always paid in full, never complained, and even traveled a significant distance to support. At times, I spent over $80 round trip on Uber alone without issue. So to be blocked without any communication or explanation is extremely unprofessional. There was no conflict, no payment issue, nothing that would justify that kind of behavior.
