I waited a few days to write my review because I wanted to give an honest response about my experience. I received a silk press from Janice last Friday and my hair still looks as if I just got it done. I've been outside in the humidity and light sprinkles and my silk press has held up. Another added bonus of Grace Filled Hands are washing services. My shampooing and conditioning was not rush and they washed my hair and scalp thoroughly. I’m honestly still confused by this experience. I’ve been to this salon multiple times, always paid in full, never complained, and even traveled a significant distance to support. At times, I spent over $80 round trip on Uber alone without issue. So to be blocked without any communication or explanation is extremely unprofessional. There was no conflict, no payment issue, nothing that would justify that kind of behavior.
