Always had good experiences and kind service. Had a mole on face removed, they were able to do it same day after a skin cancer screening and full body mole check.
Absolutely wonderful experience. Very compassionate and understanding. I was extremely nervous about my biopsy hurting. They talked me through the procedure and what to expect. It honestly didn't hurt much at all. Thank you for being so compassionate. It was a nice visit. Highly recommend
Sad experience. Son has been in anguish over face condition to be quickly told there's no cure and to suggest several otc items we have already tried. The condition is most likely, yet not positively, caused by a yeast and the prescribing of antibiotic could easily make it worse. The woman at the front desk i have had in person communication with a few times and she clearly needs to be handled with kid gloves as she is easily offended. Amazing experience! Super friendly staff, was able to get what I needed done quickly and little to no pain!
Horrible. TLDR: their inaction caused my child to be scarred for life. My young daughter had a tiny bump on her forehead a year ago. We took her to Grace Dermatology and they diagnosed it as molusco contagioso (a harmless virus). They said it should go away on its own, no care required. Months later we returned because it had turned into the size of a pencil eraser. Still they said it was fine.
