Ms.T was so helpful , she always answered on time and she was okay with me calling 30 minute late, she told me she even have a grace period of 48 hours! I saw a review regarding home services and during my short time with her I was advised she doesn’t do home but she does virtual which definitely helped me!!! She’s was so understandable and made me feel heard. I will continue to use the many skills she gave me , and I’m so GRATEFUL that I found her services !! If I could give her 10 stars I would !!!

Made an appointment for an in home visit. She Never showed or called, totally ghosted. I called and left a message 15 minutes after appointment time and never heard back. She even had rescheduled me for a better time since she had a conflict with our original time. It’s hard to coordinate all the logistics between having children and life. Unfortunately I have to find another provider.
