Very disappointed in the communication. I had previously scheduled biweekly Telehealth appointments but I haven’t heard from my counselor in a month despite multiple attempts to contact her through email and the office phone. Although she was very supportive and knowledgeable, I’m honestly hurt by the complete lack of contact and being left hanging :/
