Cris is a fantastic listener, practitioner, and person. She is lovely and is truly knowledgeable and passionate about women’s health. She greatly helped me with my PCOS symptoms, which have eased after 13 years of struggling. Her holistic approach to medicine is what this country needs more of. Highly recommend Cris!

Cris is great! She is so thorough, flexible and kind. Not only did she go through my (and my son's) bloodwork and go through each level and symptom, but she explained everything so I could understand and we could make a plan.
