The sad thing is alot of the false 1 star reviews are not. We did not intend to have to sue Mr. Salazar at all. We had a video made about a PC build 1 year ago. How to destroy your own business in a matter of weeks.
I'll start by saying, there are better places to look. The owner is very stiff on prices, and when I had a nasty virus beyond my ability, I went to Grace. I got a high estimate of upwards of 200 from someone who seemed like a manager. Went and got a second opinion from a nearby shop, got an estimate for much less. Went with that offer and my PC was just fine. Frankly, get a second opinion before buying here, as it can be done cheaper elsewhere at the number of PC repair shops around.
Having seen all the negative reviews I thought I would share my experiences with Grace... Saw a PC I liked on the worldinterweb, booked the tickets and flew in. Wow just wow! Picked up from Fort Wayne International by a nice guy in a suit, who drove me in a beautiful Limo to the Ramada Plaza, a Decent though not extravagant Hotel, where a fantastic Rib Eye awaited me courtesy of Grace Computers.
