Great experience using their electronics recycling program; the staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.
Amazing customer service with one-on-one technical support. I was experiencing some software issues with one program I use quite often, and after hours on the phone with the software technical support team, I was told they could not assist. I called Grace Computers and received an appointment that same afternoon. Working remotely with their technician Elijah, I gave him access to my laptop and he resolved the issue quickly. Very professional and technically competent.
I want to thank Jeff Cummings for being understanding and helpful when dealing with my elderly mother recently. There are few people who would as kind as Jeff was and he has my respect and admiration. I highly recommend Grace Computers!
My laptop crashed, and it turns out the motherboard was to blame. Joe, walked me through the best options and helped me get a valuable file off of the computer. I wish the laptop hadnt died but Grace Computers helped me through this process. Great customer service, and I will be coming back for my next computer needs. Thank you!
