I've known of Grace Computers for what seems like a long time, and have found them to be fair, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring professionals who will bend over backwards to help you achieve your goals, even when they're busy. They do their part to help the environment, and in my own experience, provided exactly what I needed to push my abilities to the next level. My company has used Grace Computers for over 10 years, their customer support is fantastic! They are responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and don't make you feel like an idiot when they ask if you "tried rebooting" ;) As cyber security becomes more of an issue, they are always on top of it. I’ve been a customer of Grace Computers for a long time. Whenever I’ve needed help with my computer, they’ve taken care of me quickly and have done a great job. I’m retired and the new technology is challenging. But Joe, the guy I usually work with, explains things in a way I can understand. I’ve been a customer of Grace Computers for several years. They’ve been wonderful to work with. The Help Desk responds quickly—no long holds, just a real person who makes sure someone takes care of me right away, or very soon after. The technicians are excellent, but what makes them stand out is that they really know me—my needs, my devices, my level of understanding, and the problems I’ve had in the past. I love the people at Grace and the personal service I receive. They’re the best!
