I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. I visited because I needed the doctor’s help filling out an immunization form. I understood it was slightly outside their official hours, and the receptionist was actually very polite and explained that I could wait to see whether the doctor would be able to assist. ## Unwelcoming Experience Visited the doctor's office Monday morning, greeted the female clerk with a "good morning", but got a look like I was invisible – felt totally unwelcome. Her attitude was cold and dismissive. People seeking help deserve better. Frankly, she seems like she'd be a poor fit for a role needing compassion and helpfulness. Would suggest they consider replacing her with someone who treats visitors with basic respect.
I regret switching to Grace Clinic. Although they are accepting new patients, it’s clear they are struggling to manage them properly. Even with an appointment, the wait times are unreasonably long. The overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
