Biak is amazing with his knowledges and skills, well managed oppointment and very friendly. He processes everything smoothly without any issue.
I visited this automotive service based on positive Google reviews to get a standard oil change. Unfortunately, the workmanship was subpar. After the service, I noticed a small amount of oil seeping from the oil sump. It seems the nut was installed incorrectly, without an O-ring. Besides, the quality of Oil filter used is very poor. I had to tighten it manually to prevent further oil leakage, which was frustrating. I won’t be returning or recommending this service to others.
First time to Grace Auto. Excellent job, very knowledgeable and helpful guys. We will be back again. Highly recommend Grace Auto.
