We found a stray dog with a broken, dislocated hip and didn’t want to turn him in, knowing what would have happened to him. It was heartbreaking and so stressful trying to figure out how to help this poor little dog. Thankfully, we found Dr. Hwang at Downey Grace Hospital. Dr. Hwang is truly a specialist when it comes to surgery, fractures, and bone repair. He treated our rescue dog, Max, with such skill and compassion. So far great service with my dog. She has gotten care on big deal items and gotten well taken care of but, when it comes to small and hygienic care (cleaning her poop or any other accidents while in the kettle) it gets ignored. Also depending on who you get on the reception area you get the better answer

I'm sorry to say that this place is not the good place I thought it would be to bring our pets, and even more disappointed to see that they're deleting negative reviews. We desperately brought our baby here concerning an bump on her head, we were insisted by employees that our kitty NEEDED surgery. We were given no other options or informed of risks that were being taken because we assumed we were being helped by professionals.
