I would never again order anything from this website. I placed a order on on July 22 for earrings for my birthdays. I received a email stating July 25th my order is processing since then no great communication. I decided to reach out last week August 12th on status and received a email stating I should get a order update soon. August 13th I received a email with shipping label that is currently still pending shipment. This is a scam business- do not order. ! I just tracked as of today and still hasn’t shipped. Smh
I love the customer service and overall vibe! Whether you're just browsing or looking for certain jewelry pieces for events, the employees are always glad to help. The jewelry and clothing also range from large jeweled pieces and bejeweled apparel to simple everyday wear. Every experience I've had talking to the employees has been so nice, and I do recommend coming in and browsing their accessories.
