Worst service and meal I’ve had. The first time the burger was not cooked. The second time it was the same thing. They didn’t even bother to get a new patty but threw my cut in half burger with ketchup and pickles on it back on the grill. It came back a mess and the waitress didn’t care. Do not go here.
The food and service was great! However, the floor seriously needs a good scrubbing and the restroom was pretty disgusting. I don't want to eat in a dirty establishment
Very disappointed with this place. The food came out cold and had to be sent back. Water tasted like soap and the ice tea was undrinkable. Will not return
This was HORRIBLE. Ordered a meal with pulled pork only to be told they did not have any pulled pork. Ordered a blue moon, but they didn’t have any oranges. Was served burnt sweet potato fries that I was unknowingly charged an extra $1.50 for as a side. Also paid an extra $2.00 for onion rings that were cold. Don’t offer the side options without saying they’re extra. On top of all of this, we waited 20+ minutes after we finished the little food we ate for our server to bring our check. Went into Grabs at around 12:40 today. We place our order within 10 minutes of arriving. At 1:15 pm we were told a mistake had been made and our order did not print. We were assured that our order was being made at this time. At1>40 pm one of our party members got up and inquired about our order. Staff member said he would check. No one came back with any explanation as we watched order after order being taken to other patrons who had arrive after we had.
