Completely ruined dinner plans. Hours show they close at 10PM, I get there around 8:30PM and the doors are lock but the front of the business is littered with open signs. After this I call Grabs and a female answers saying they close at 9PM but she’s shutting everything down so she can’t serve me, saying so very rudely. What business closes over half an hour early with no formal notice? 0/10 stars and will never attempt to go here or recommend anyone again. A waste of a 30 minute drive.
Stay away and stay safe!!! This restaurant refuses to wear face masks or/and 6 feet distancing. (Drive thru is 2 feet.) They fail to care about the health of their customers. I wonder what other health rules they violate? Probably don’t wash their hands either. Burger wasn’t good either. It was like shoe leather, cooked well done not med rare and lemonade was watered down.
Ordered from Door Dash. Got wrong order. Working through the issue and get a call from a woman at Grab’s. She gets rude, won’t listen to why the order is not the food we ordered, told us we were wrong, she’s busy and “just call Door Dash then!” Definitely not the sort of place where I want to do business.

I had door dashed some food today , and the dasher never gave me my meal , called grabs and the manager angela made my food again and drove it to my house . First off great food , and second the most respectful people ! Deff would recommend this place !

I’m not gonna say I don’t recommend you guys but the experience for take out I just had was terrible. Whoever took our order was obviously drunk slurring words, we had to repeat what we wanted on it several times. She said 15 minutes I showed up after 25 minutes and my food wasn’t done and I stood there for another ten. I could Easily tell who took my order she looked drunk and was just dancing around. I Placed an order online for pick up. When I got home we realized they made both burgers the same (we ordered two different burgers) We tried to call them for over an hour but always got a busy signal. I tried sending them several messages but it’s been over a week and still have not gotten anything other than an automated message saying they try to be as responsive as possible and will get back to me as soon as possible, as I’ve sent several messages, I’m assuming they aren’t planning to respond. After calling in an order for pickup, they simply told me "give us 20 minutes" and then threw my order out without ever submitting it. Arrived to pick up food and instead am greeted with the news that I apparently never submitted an order. Great job guys. Fire your worthless front of house staff.
Large portions. Great service. Friendly atmosphere.
