On Friday 3/8, I emailed Dr. Grabill that I had a loose veneer. She was very responsive to the email that I sent the office requesting an appointment at their soonest availability. My front tooth bridge veneers were loose and I feared having them totally fall off. I knew the Grabill team would get back to me. And I did receive an email response on Sunday, asking me to come in at 8:00 AM today, Monday. I was out of the dentist chair before 9:00 AM with my bridge and smile intact. Thanks, Dr. Grabill! VM

All was perfect as usual and even though I'M always a nervous Nellie I was able to control myself and not gag too much. Whitney is very patient with me and when she realized I wasn't going to run out of the chair she removed the lead jacket.
