If I could give a zero, I would. I had initially been referred to Dr. Graber by my father. When I arrived for my appointment I asked if he took Delta Dental insurance and he said he did. I have double coverage with Delta and at that time he took copies of my cards. Over three months later Dr. Graber provided me with a letter and a copy of an estimation of benefits indicating zero coverage.
