Business practices are unethical and shady. When questioned they do not care. I am fine with a cancellation charge at full rate (given it was less than 24 hours), but it makes no sense why I would be responsible for fuel charge and gratuity for services NOT rendered. Customer services upon booking was catatonic, should have known then that this is a company that only cares about money not good business practices or customer satisfaction.

Horrible service, decided to go with Mib Chauffeur who were significantly cheaper and offered friendly customer service and didn't attempt to squeeze as much money out of us as possible. Be aware.

Only reason for the one star is because you can't put 0, this company is VERY misleading and not honest what so ever. They ripped my mum and I off, and then when we go to cancel the return trip because of how un happy we are with service they make it near impossible and are quite rude. Very unhappy

I'd like to thank Konstantin and the Gr8Limo team for the best transport service I'd ever had in Los Angeles. I was there last week for a business meeting. I've been picked up from the airport to my hotel and to all other destinations I went to for that whole week. They were always on time if not a couple of minutes earlier. Such reliable people and happy too. That is why I am recommending them to all of my connections here in Brisbane. When they go to LA, they should book Gr8Limo Chauffeured Services.

I hired them when I attended a company related meeting in the 31st floor of Gas Company Tower last year. The experience was great overall. The chauffeur was friendly and was very accommodating. The sedan was clean too. So, I cannot miss this opportunity to give them 5 stars. This coming August, I will hire them again.
