First off, despite Garrett's savvy sale, guarantee, AND from tiler Elfred(although he told me his name was "Eduardo") that they'd match grout width and work out from exact same existing tile. . .we currently have a completely different grout width and an incomplete tile flooring job 2 weeks later. Multiple promises then no-call, no shows from owner after concerns were expressed during and after work. . .Garrett didn't even pop in to see if job was even completed, nor quality of it, in the first place. . .until a week and a h... read more
