Not For The Discerning Man – As salon's and spa's go, this branch of Gentleman's Quarters does not make the grade. This is the kind of place where the staff forgets that they are there for YOU, as opposed to the other way around. I had a massage there and noticed the following: 1.) Shorted 15+ minutes on an 1 1/2 hour session. 2.) Requestes pertaining to session ignorned (music preference and depth of pressure). 3.) SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO TO YOUR LOCAL BARBERSHOP – This place is a joke. You can get the same awful haircut at any other "great" or "fantastic" place. Only you will have to expect to pay triple for your cut. Maybe those woman think they can get away with their haircuts by showing their "not-so-goods" Regardless, unless you plan on "recieving" other services with your "massage" I would save your money and go to your local barbershop.
A great fix – My boyfriend loves to go to the places where he can get a cut for $12. When he had a chunk of hair missing from the back of his head, I decided enough was enough. He went to GQ and got a great cut, great customer service, and great recommendations for his thinning hair. They had a massage therapist there that was able to give him a free chair massage while he waited, which was awesome! Excellent Service – I went in for a hair cut on an appointment scheduled by my girlfriend. The place is hard to see in the mall because of the angle it sits at, but once located it was worth while. The stylist was very friendly and listened to what I thought I wanted. She then was able to ask some specific questions and politely make a few suggestions on the styling. My Boyfriend Loves This Joint!!! – I purchased a gift certificate for my boyfriend for Valentines Day because he was jealous that I am always at the "ladies spa". Trust me, he's not a "spa guy" but he raves about GQ. He loved the valet parking, made him feel like king of Denver when the valet drove off in his pick up. A very satisfied customer! – This was my first time to GQ and I thought they delivered on everything they said they would. The free 5 min neck massage is great, plus since its included in the cost of a haircut so you cant beat it. A great "male" spa experience – Went for the first time today, and I'll be back for sure. Great, friendly service by the staff - I felt like my stylist really understood what I was looking for. The neck massage to start out is awesome! They offer a large menu of services - I'm working up to some of the others (e.g. massage, hand/feet treatments, facial, etc.). Everyone working there really added to the "dudes only" kind of experience. No doubt - It's worth the spa price.
Highly recommended – The overall experience was one I want every time I visit a new establishment. It felt inviting when I entered and I was very satisfied when I left. The range of different services for a men's salon/spa was a nice suprise!
