Went in for initial psychiatric consultation. I was mistakenly set up for prescription management instead. After Kiera and myself realized it she said she would refer me to one. 5 days later no reply to my direct message. Kiera was a pleasure to talk to but leaving someone seeking help in limbo for 5 days is terrible.
Go here if you never want to see the same person because they always quit. Go here if you never want your calls returned. Go here if you want to try to make an appointment but the say you can’t because you have insurance you don’t actually have and you have to get the insurance you don’t have to send a letter stating that you don’t have them as an insurance company. The worst psychiatry office.
I could not be more pleased with the entire experience I have had at GPW in Clayton. From the calm atmosphere to the amazing therapist I am seeing. For me, this has been life changing. All positive! If you need mental health support, do not hesitate to reach out.
Kiera is the best! She listens to you! Cares and gives the best advice! I’m grateful for her and I wish I could put her in my pocket! Everyone needs a Kiera in their life! Kiera for president!
