El servicio de las cámaras bastante buenos pero el costumer service muy mal mucha incoherencia tuve un pequeño problema con una cámara y la retorne me cobraron la cámara luego de haberla devolvido y después me hacen el reembolso como crédito a mi cuenta me siguen cobrando muy mal trabajo
We have a fleet of 40 vans and trucks that go out every day and using Trackit I am able to see where they are at, how long they've been there as well as mph and idle time. When you're responsible for a large number of vehicles, it takes a lot of the leg work out of managing them.
I use GPS Trackit for work and really have enjoyed working with this company. Not only is the customer service great, but the dashboard is very easy to navigate and the mobile app is super helpful as well. We made the switch to GPS Trackit about a year ago and have had no issues so far. We use this company to help keep tabs on our trucks for safety purposes and their cameras are definitely superior to what we were using prior to the switch. I highly recommend GPS Trackit if you need to keep tabs on your fleet.
User-friendly interface, easy to use, accurate, and great web dashboard features. And the customer support is excellent. It´s the app you need to have!
