We are extremely frustrated with the lack of communication regarding an ongoing billing issue. Our company has been double charged for 13 cameras, and despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, we have received no meaningful update. We first reported the issue on August 1 and were told that someone would call us back and confirm that the billing adjustment had been made. That never happened. The absolute worst customer service. I can never get my sales rep to pick up a phone call or respond to an email. There are so many problems left and right. Nothing ever works the correct way. Every week its something else. Switching to new ELD provider asap.

Stay away. 1. I needed to cancel my service due to my truck being wrecked by someone. They made me pay 1 future month + full current month - 1 day before they would allow me to cancel. Now they want their severely used transponder given to me back in the days of covid or make me pay for it and added bonus they have not provided shipping label so they expect me to pay for shipping on top of that. Again STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They keep on changing their app so often that I was constantly being left without service. Never... read more
