Very disappointing experience with this management company. For months, it has been extremely difficult—if not impossible—to get any response. Phone calls are never answered, and emails go unanswered for long periods of time, sometimes with no response at all. There is no real office you can visit either—only a P.O. Box—which makes communication even more frustrating when issues arise that require attention. WORST property management company ever! Stay far far away if you can! I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could! Lack of communication and worst "maintenance" I have ever seen. Roof leaks EVERYWHERE. Pipe leaks as well. Plumbing needs to be redone and cracks all over the buildings. They would rather paint over the damage on the buildings instead of making actual necessary repairs! Global Property Solutions is a scam. We pay $340 on a monthly basis for HOA & there’s no customer service whatsoever! No one answers your call & there’s nobody at the office if you need any service. We leave messages on a Google phone line & nobody calls back. Seems like you have to be a HOA Board member to communicate with the property manager. Jimmy Patrizi please show up & do your job. This company is impossible to get a hold of. We live in Villas De Tuscany and the facilities are still closed. When everyone else is being opened now. ALSO the property has a very bad trash issue and parking. The trash piles up beyond control and the parking has very limited space. Cars are constantly being towed, even tenants cars. Every time you call the office, nobody answers and you never get a call back. Total Joke!!!!

TERRIBLE Property Management company. VERY DISAPPOINTED. We received a fine of $1,000 witout receiving any notice in advance. I requested Mr. Patrizi to send proof of the supposed two Notices of Violation and he did not. He just sent the fine. At the HOA offices at Villas of Tuscany, they have no signed copies nor any proof /photos of our tenant "dispossing debris or non picking litter". Very unfair for us as landlords and with our tenant.
