Very disappointing experience with this management company. For months, it has been extremely difficult—if not impossible—to get any response. Phone calls are never answered, and emails go unanswered for long periods of time, sometimes with no response at all. There is no real office you can visit either—only a P.O. Box—which makes communication even more frustrating when issues arise that require attention. Aweful. Towing resident cars nightly. Purposely sending a man here every day to take photographs and then sends a tow truck at night. They are also towing actual visitors out of visitors spots. It’s kinda getting abusive now. They should worry more about maintaining the property instead of towing resident vehicles. Provide more parking spots for residents that live here instead of having them losing an entire days pay to get cars out of tow. Creating stress and worry for residents

I'm a realtor and this is the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. No one answers the phone, making it impossible to close on time with this incompetent staff!! Beware to have a painful experience.

As a realtor I deal with many property management companies. GPS takes the cake. On their website, it states "Jimmy opened Global Property Solutions LLC. in 2013 out of sheer frustration of dealing with inept, incompetent, and absentee management companies in his own neighborhood." That is all you deal with at GPS. Lack of response. To get a condo approval is like pulling teeth and apparently only 1 person does this. Jimmy needs to revisit his vision statement because GPS is the worst. Run don't walk from this company!
