Worst experience I ever had with a professional dealership. Was in the process of securing financing on Wednesday contacted them with news of approval came in to pickup car. Was informed at that time car had been sold two hours after I called. Would never deal with them again and hopefully you won’t !

We are very sorry sir you feel that way we go beyond to make are customer happy , We tired to get you financed but with your credit it was very hard to get a low APR . So you mention that you can get a loan from your bank with better APR we asked for a deposit to hold the car you refused and said you will be back , another customer came in was interested in the same car and since their was no hold deposit on the car, we had the right to sell it ! And new customer bought the car .
I initially called about a 2008 BMW, then I took a look at their inventory and fell in love with a 2004 BMW Convertible. Asked if the seat were rip or damage if vehicle had backup cameras and map/navigation system i was told yes went down there and not one seat but both where so badly ripped and damaged you can see the cushion they put a seat button cover over it what a wasted of my time and lies make you think what else are they nit telling you? So they told me they have a guy that can fix the seat.
