This company represents itself as professional, however, my 91 year old father is a 30 year+ tenant in their newly acquired building at 7000 Franklin Boulevard in Sacramento. In January 2021 he signed a new lease and the offices were supposed to be cleaned but weren't. Landscaping caused water and mold to infest his offices. They refuse to replace the molded carpet and my father is suffering from respiratory distress by staying in his rented offices.
