We called GPM after noticing more pests than usual in our home. Everyone we spoke with at Groves was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They responded quickly, identified the type of pests we were dealing with, and had a plan to take care of them. We immediately noticed an improvement and haven’t seen an insect in our house since they sprayed. Daniel and his fellow technician came out to handle a wasp nest at our house and they were fantastic. They arrived exactly on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and handled the entire issue thoroughly and professionally. Daniel took the time to educate on the situation and his honesty about what we actually needed was incredibly refreshing. We will absolutely use them again when we need pest control in the future!
I just had my first service with GPM and I have to say I was so impressed with the company. It's nice to support a family-owned business that takes real pride in what they do. The competition will often send a single person with a backpack sprayer and a minimal amount of product applied. Great experience with GPM! Professional, prompt, and very reasonably priced! Noah was super nice and took time to show the inside of the nest and an example of the queen versus a regular sized hornet. I definitely recommend GPM!
