RecommendedThese guys are the best! First time hot tub purchase when we were redoing our backyard. Ray was beyond helpful and walked us thru every option. Have had the tub running for weeks and he is still immediately available thru texts for any questions or issues and happy to help. Last night I did a drain and refill. Came up with a random sensor error. Texted Ray this morning to walk me thru it and he showed up instead at 10am to fix it. Ray always provides great customer service - answering our calls at any hour and spends plenty of time walking us through potential solutions to our issues.
Ray never lets us down! This is only the 2nd time in 10 years we needed our hot tub serviced. Both times Ray responded quickly. He walks you through the issue to see if it can be resolved without a visit. And if it can’t he arrives fully equipped to fix any and all problems. Pricing is fair, communication great, response fast! Would give 10 stars **********

Ray and GPM pool and spa provided my daughter a hot tub for her Make-A-Wish. He has been the best to deal with and helped expedite her wish. We are so happy with our new spa and hope it alleviates some of our daughter's pain from her disease she is battling. Thanks GPM!!!!!! And Ray!
We absolutely love the service we have with Ray at GPM Pool and SPAS, we have consistently had great service from Ray. Just last week, our Make A Wish son Kevin injured himself and we needed our hot tub up and running asap. Ray was here immediately this weekend!!!! We know why Make A Wish partners with GPM Pool and Spas. Thank you Ray :)
Out son's Make -A-Wish was to have a hot tub. In 2006, Ray from GPM, along with Make - A - Wish Suffolk County, and Marquis Spa granted Kevin the most awesome hot tub ever. He uses it constantly, and Ray from GPM is always here if we need him 10 yrs later. Thank you Ray for all your help !!!!
