This company sucks to know end the put drug addicts after drug addicts into the units here at Evanston Park condo and they trash them and live there roach infestation

This property management office is very unprofesssional, lazy, rude, never return calls, hang up you, fail to send newsletters, receipts, maintenenance notices, or bill of ladens, and play monpoly with board members and have absolutely no respect for property and unit owners who pay their salary!
Our condo association has been using GPM for 8 years now and I have been on the Board for this time period. We had a much larger firm at first - before 2007 and it was a nightmare with high turn over. I have a experience dealing with condo issues as I own two other condo's in Chicago and have had a unit in Naples and another one in Cape Coral some years ago. This company is very poor on taking care of problem with tenants ,they have been contacted several times with information on unapproved people living here and having to many people living in one unit and they don't anything ,they blame it on the borad of directors and they keep on getting paud to do nothing
