I hate their service. It has gotten worse throughout the years. If you leave your doctor a message she never respond. Appointment or not the wait is ridiculous. Why do it take them so long to fax a referral? Most places do it the same day you call. Smh. Gphs needs to step up. They staff is unprofessional. The bill me and I have insurance. Wtf.
