I have no clue as to why this practice isn't rated higher in reviews. I've been coming here for nearly 10 years. Dr Joanne Lawrence is warm, personable, thorough and understandably a popular doctor. Every other doctor I've seen has been terrific: Dr Nasreen Jaffer, Dr Sian Goodson, Dr Nareen Nitchingham. The nurses that take my blood or give my shots are awesome, warm and funny. Took my youngest here for dental check up & they were so kind plus patient with her. They spoke to her way she could understand, explained everything they did, let her lay on my lap to get checked reducing her anxiety, spoke kindly to my ASD oldest (6 years old) while her sister got checked, listened to me & when they couldn’t get her to sit for X-ray after two tries said we’ll rebook her for another time to try again incase it was anxiety n fear making it harder
Edited 25/09/2025: Just got a call from the female practice manager here to check if I was the person who left this review, I said yes about 3 years ago now and was told that one of the two or three GPs I book in with at this practice took my review very personally and harshly and as such, he no longer will see me for the once or twice yearly appointments I only go there for to get new prescriptions, since no one can ever actually get in there when they're sick or injured and need to be seen THAT same day. They canceled my long-awaited appointment without informing me. I learned it was canceled upon my arrival and check-in! Please note that Everyone's time is valuable!!!!!
