Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? No, they don't over-treat my child

Yes, I was freezing Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child likes them Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? No, they are almost always unavailable Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. You could tell that they really went the extra mile in making sure that the healthy children didn't catch anything. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly.
