First visit with Dr Goyal….very good. He listened, discussed all concerns, booked further testing, and laughed at my jokes. Office staff was very nice. I’m looking forward to working with him and solving my health issues. Good appt.
Dr. Goyal rushed through my appt and then proceeded to tell me when MY appt would be to get an outpatient procedure.... then come to find out he gave me information and appt info for the wrong hospital. If I hadn't cancelled the colonoscopy, he would have marked me as a no show and billed insurance and I would have been waiting at the wrong outpatient clinic. After calling a few times to reschedule my procedure his office cancels my appt and sends me a letter that I am being dropped as a patient with no explanation as to why... read more
Waited 2 hours to be seen for 5 minutes. Dr. Goyal rushed through entire appointment and dismissed all of my symptoms as insignificant. He did not give me time to explain everything and just told me he'd prescribe a prescription for something that wasn't the main cause of my issues. Overall very unpleasant experience and would definitely not recommend if you might have something more serious going on that he will miss diagnosing so he can jump to the next patient that's been triple booked.
