I have been a patient for over 10 years and have never had an issue or concern regarding my services received. The staff is always so helpful and professional. Dr. Pachigolla takes the time to analyze all test results, provide thorough examination and give you the best course of actions required for your the betterment of your vision. I love this place and highly recommend.
Never have to wait long. The staff is very friendly. They always take their time and I don’t feel rushed. Always allow me to ask questions.
Hi Dr. Pachigolla, I am still waiting for your front office to get my referral sent over. It was 10 days ago. I tried to follow-up this week and your front desk wants me to come get my file and take it over myself. I was told we have done our job and will not help anymore. That is not the kind of Dr Patient relationship I want.
