I have had a terrible experience dealing with Gowdy Brothers. It has been over 1 year since I purchased several section 107 waivers. The applications were denied, and I have yet to receive any updates from Gowdy Brothers regarding reapplication, refund, or any information at all despite several emails and phone calls.
Customer service was great in the beginning, but now nonexistent. I paid $1500 for two waivers with no approval. I've made numerous attempts over two months at contacting Gowdy Brothers with no response. Please return my phone calls.
Unresponsive, they do not answer the phones, VERY POOR COMMUNICATION!!! Over 19 months and still unable to deliver on the service I paid for, 333. The FAA is shutting down the 333. Refund my money! Buyer beware!!! Don't shop here....too many great and HONORABLE services out there UAV Coach, Remote 101, just to name a couple....Gowdy Brothers Aerospace is a waste of time and money. Lawyer Up!!
Very informative and although 333's went away, they provided knowledge center to prepare for knowledge test that helped me pass the test and helping with waivers.
I successfully passed my Part 107, Remote Pilot exam thanks to Gowdy Brothers outstanding Remote Pilot online training program. My business is now off and running!
