Closed down. Not surprised at all. Bad business practices.
Donna was very helpful from the first call to the point we drove the car off of their lot. She made our teen daughter very happy with the purchase of her first car from Gowdy Autoplex. We highly recommend Donna and the Gowdy team.
The customer service was horrible. I didn’t feel like I was trying to be sold a car. The salesman basically walked off from us. I was ready to make a major purchase but I took my son somewhere else and bought him a vehicle. It was truly their lost on this customer.
They bent over backwards to help us and we purchased a Chevy truck. Thank you Donna
