The state had a program with the power companies called LIGHT UP TEXAS. IT HELPED US POOR PEOPLE TREMENDOUSLY,IT HELPEDE BY 147$. I was just informed this program has been stopped. Electrical power in Texas is higher than anywhere and we have to have it. PLEASE DONT DO THIS !!ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE GOING TO DIE AND THIS IS ON YOU.
There may be crimes that appear to justify death. But if capital punishment is ever used on anyone not actively and consciously involved in murder those engaged in execution are themselves murderers. HOW WII GOD LOOK AT THIS CASE?
