I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment complex! The property is always well-kept, quiet, and feels like home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and everything about the community feels thoughtfully managed. A huge shoutout to Jennifer, my leasing agent — she’s absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. She’s professional, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents.
Kay and Jennifer are absolutely amazing! I recently had a terrible experience with a previous apartment complex, and the staff at Governor's House provided me with extraordinary customer service each and every time and all my needs are taking care of within a 24-hour period. I am beyond satisfied and grateful for my new home 💕
