Popular with Locals I have a good friend who lives in Warwick, and whenever I visit I ask to go to the Governor Francis. The food is excellent. The portions are large. They have surprisingly good sauce - one of my favorites on their menu is chicken parmigiana. The staff is friendly. But it's best to go either a little early or a little later - it can get crowded and you may have to wait. A popular place with the locals. It's got an understated decor, but it's very cozy and comfortable.
