Quality service and reasonable
The only place I take my car to be serviced! They do great work, always honest and treat me like family. Absolutely recommend Gouty’s to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle!
Great place to get tires!
They are honest and reliable. So many other places I've taken my vehicles to make you feel like they're being dishonest; when they tell you what's wrong with your car, and how much it's going to cost. It is not that way at all at Gouty's.
First Rate Customer Service! My daughter's old Subaru needed a lot of work before we could pass it down to her brother. Kevin at Gouty's was fantastic to work with. He took the time to call me (halfway across the country) and explain in detail everything that needed to be repaired. When I asked about additional maintenance items, he said that they looked fine and recommended no action at this time. We broke down while traveling through Fort Wayne on our way to Canada from Texas. We called to get an estimate, arrived, they fixed our car,and were back on the road in 2 hours. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend. Would return if it was closer. Thank you guys so much!!!
