I smoked briskets using their hickory wood for first time... consistent heat... great smoky flavor. Worth the $22 plus tax I paid per box... only one box needed for the 9 hour smoke with no stall! Last brisket was 14+hours cause of inconsistent heat and stall... won't do that again! These briskets came out super yummy and awesome!
This place is awesome. The owner is a cool guy that I’m sure I’ll deal with for a long time and they have an incredible facility! 😳😳
