Everything on our menu is made fresh dailyyou can watch us wrap the tamales in person! Best of all, we use original recipes, and use fresh cornhusks instead of dry cornhusks. Each of our tamales is from 8 to 10 ounces, and is stuffed full with meat or veggies. We make about 1500 tamales a day and 8,000 a day during the Christmas seasoncome and enjoy them for yourself!
