I’ve been going here for several years. The baristas are so kind and cheery. Always super accommodating. Last week I observed a very rude customer and the barista handled it so well and was so nice in return. I was on the other side of the drive thru and was very impressed by her professionalism.
Went in today 1/31/26 to get 4 drinks. After ordering the first, Americano style I proceeded with the rest of my order. With each drink I ordered the barista ( brown hair with glasses) kept talking over me. When she was making the Americano style coffee she started pouring milk in it. I stopped her and reminded her it was Americano style no cream. Her reply was “you should have said that when you ordered” I said I did and she started to argue with me.
