Since the new manager Hailey took over customer service sucks!!! I was a loyal customer for at least 2 years under the old management. But the first time I complained the new manager told the barista who then yelled at me the next time I came in to get a drink. She said that the next time I wanted to bitch about her to management I should see her. I have a special diet that requires special milk and all latte stands are more than willing to accommodate me and my needs. They refused to steam my milk. Ive never had problems with gourmet latte stand before.
I used to be able to come any time of the day and any barista would make my drink and it would be amazing and delicious. No longer is this true. The coffee now tastes like they burn it before serving, they never get what I ask for correctly and I end up tossing it after the first 2 sips. I'm moving on, won't waste my money any longer.

The first cup of coffee I got a couple weeks ago was one of the best I have ever had. Today's was one of the worst. I'll probably try it again.
