I HIGHLY recommend steering clear of these people, this rental company. Very unprofessional "staff" - specifically Arnie, they threaten to take you court, tell you lies about "holding fees" that you're required to pay even when no lease agreement was signed, and they'll cash a check even AFTER you tell them SEVERAL times you're not interested in the space anymore.

they do not stick to their leases. we signed a lease, put down deposit, had everything set and were so excited to get moved in and two weeks later got a TEXT MESSAGE... yes, a TEXT, that "the lady in that townhome has decided to not move out". considering they require 60 day notice, she should be s.o.l. but instead we were. still waiting on getting my deposit back. they are very unprofessional and unorganized. we had to reschedule numerous times to even view the homes because they didn't have the right key, etc. etc. do not ... read more
