I have used this bus service in the past and never had an issue, until my sister bachelorette party a month ago. I got a call an hour before pick up time that the driver was on his way and the bus died and he was going to have to cancel. ONE HOUR PIOR, with nothing to offer instead, NOTHING. Not even an apology call from the owner, nothing. I was lucky to find a bus in a short notice thanks to Kretzers. Do not use this company. I know I will never again. So unprofessional.
We had a great time on the wine trials. Christine was easy to work with and helpful with choosing the right vehicle for our day. Jeff was a great driver and we had a fabulous day!

AMAZING....these folks know how to make people feel like they are special...from making a gal going to her Jr prom feel like royalty to making a 7 year old feel like a prince...they NAILED it.
