On October 7, 2017 my daughter's group of 12 had a bus rented for homecoming in Nashville, Il. That morning they texted the name of the driver. Literally 30 minutes before they were to arrive, they called and said they couldn't make it. #theydontgottus
Pretty sorry ass. Had bus rented for a Nashville homecoming event. 30 minutes before pickup, they called to say they weren't coming, because bus didn't start. Leaving 12 kids high and dry. Didn't even offer to send a replacement. Guess we are kissing that money goodbye as well.
If I could give negative stars I would. 1st bus had bad breaks, 2nd bus broke down and left 16 ladies without a way back to house. The owner is horribly rude and gave us a run around and unapologetic. Our driver was great!
Booked them for my wedding. I got a call from the owner stating the brakes locked up on the bus. ONE HOUR before I needed the bus. We had to transport my people by car. I still have not received my refund. My wedding was August 12 and today is September 1. Now I can't get anyone to answer when I call.
Used their shuttle bus for my wedding last weekend and they were great! Transportation was super easy and timely between two locations about 45 minutes apart, the driver was super accommodating, and our guests loved the party bus atmosphere! Thanks for making our day so easy!
