RecommendedI have never felt more relaxed! As a nurse I have a high stress level, my body hurts and I don’t ever have time to relax. I slept so good the night I had it done! There are SO MANY benefits to the sauna and Cheryl is very knowledgeable about the whole experience! I recommend this to everyone. PS I haven’t been to the chiropractor since and my bank account thanks me 😊
After driving 9 hours te visit family in Central Illinois I needed to relax, relieve tension and long drive stiffness! Gotta Sauna was exactly what I needed! Cheryl was so knowledgeable about the sauna, I knew I was at the right place. I felt amazing after just 30 minutes. I will be back!!

great facility for small pains or just needing some relaxation
I have loved my experiences at Gotta Sauna! I make a standing appointment every two weeks as part of my self care routine and its money well spent! Great location, easy to get to, clean facility and welcoming staff. If you are looking for a new and fun way to "self care" would highly recommend!

I love it! I get a whole body massage plus infrared heat at the same time! I leave feeling so much better, and the rates are so reasonable. I highly recommend it.
